A new blog hit the circuit today, “Backyard Chicken Talk” and it sounds like it’s gonna be fun. If you have chickens running around in your backyard I think you’ll like this. Chicken stories, building coops, and just a lot of cackling going on. Take a look and let’s all talk chicken. Backyard Chicken Talk Just a quick note here. If you have hydrangeas and the temps are rising like they are here in East Texas, (mid 90s and no rain) be sure to add extra mulch and keep them well watered. If they start to dry out they will wilt and puts to much stress on the plants. I always like to find new plants for my garden but rarely do I pay full price for them. As with just baout everything else these days, I feel the price of plants can be a bit on the pricy side. So how do you get great garden plants when you are on a budget? You [...] |
